How do I purchase tickets?

Simply browse our events, select the one you're interested in, choose your ticket type, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using various payment methods including mobile money and card payments.

How do I receive my tickets?

After purchase, your tickets will be sent to your email and will also be available in your Urban Tickets account. You can show the QR code on your phone or print your tickets for entry.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund, including all fees, within 5-10 business days.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person through your Urban Tickets account up until 24 hours before the event.

How do I become an event organizer?

Click on 'Become an Organizer' in the navigation menu, complete the registration process, and submit the required documentation. Our team will review your application within 48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards.

Is there a mobile app available?

Yes, our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
