Refund Policy

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund, including all fees, within 5-10 business days.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your tickets will be valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement
  • Refund requests after 14 days may not be honored

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Arriving late or missing the event
  • Weather conditions (unless event is cancelled)

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
