Refund Policy

Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will automatically receive a full refund, including all fees, within 5-10 business days.
Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled:
- Your tickets will be valid for the new date
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement
- Refund requests after 14 days may not be honored
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Duplicate purchases
- Arriving late or missing the event
- Weather conditions (unless event is cancelled)
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
